Layout

This is an amazingly spacious boat for her size. The main cabin contains the saloon with a very comfortable sitting area with table that converts into a double berth. The galley is very workable with pressurized water a 12v/240v fridge and cooker. The navigation area a chart table with all basic nav aids. There is also a quarter berth aft of that.  The double berth is in the fore cabin.

Rig / sails

The rig is fractional sloop with  Furlex roller equipment and the main has slab reefing. There are two mainsails, one Genoa 150%, one Genoa 110% and one spinnaker.

The engine is a Volvo Penta 2002, ( overhauled in 2002 ) 18hp with s-drive and three bladed propeller. Max speed under engine is 7kn.

This is a fast cruiser racer with the stunning feature of being unsinkable. It has built in foam compartments in the fore cabin, saloon and stern. This yacht is in excellent condition, it has only been used for day sailing and a few short cruises to Lebanon and the Aegean. The stern has been professionally extended by three feet. A wheel has also been fitted but the tiller can also be used. New keel bolts have been fitted in 2001.The boat underwent West Systems osmosis treatment 3 years ago.
