The engine is a Volvo Penta MDIIC at 23hp.

She has been recently refurbished with new electrics, new navigation equipment, new VHF radio,
 her S/S gimballed US hob and oven has been serviced as have the sails, she has a new electric windlass
all manuals have been replaced and receipts for all the work that has been done are available..

The engine has also been fully services and is under guarantee.

She is currently undergoing a marine survey which will be available for the new owner.

She sleeps 4 with 2 in the fore cabin and 2 in the main salon.

The heads contain a new marine toilet, a vacuum flojet and there is a 10 gallon holding tank.
 2 freshwater tanks at 96 litres each.
 The fuel tank is also 96 litres.

The sails are a main (5 slab reefing) a Genoa, a storm jib, a spinnaker and a brand new cruising chute.

There is a new battery charger, a sterling pro charge.

There is no dinghy, but there is an old outboard which will come with the boat and the 6 man life raft
is old and either needs servicing or replacing.

She is duty paid ion Cyprus and European VAT paid.
